62 - Take a Music Bath

When I want to relax in a very short period of time, I just put on some beautiful classical music and lie down on the floor, close my eyes, and let the music wash over me for about 15 minutes. When I get up, I feel so peaceful and calm, and ready to face whatever else the day has in store for me. If you want to try this, you can use any music you like of course!
