  9. Wear a pair of those glasses with the moustache on them as you drive in town. Let your passenger wear something similar.

Attend summer concerts, especially Howe Meadow, where people dance to the music.

See Shakespeare at Stan Hywet, and enjoy the bard.

Try an at-home yoga video, and end up laughing hysterically, while tied up in tangles.

  10. Thanks, Kim -- I will get those on my list. Love the image of the at-home Yoga! I have 2 DVDs and a mat, but haven't tried them at home yet. But if I am going to laugh hysterically, that's a big incentive! Shakespeare at Stan Hywet -- that's enchanting!

  11. Creating art journal entries. I journal on a background and add little doodles and pictures that pertain to the topic or not. Adding color and texture helps me feel expressed.

Another fun thing to do is have a Word of the Day exhange with a friend by e-mail.We send our word for the day with or without an explanation or response. I have been doing this for many months with a friend and it has been wonderful.
