Finding a great book that you just can't put down, finding a great new restaurant, making a new friend, holding a baby, drawing, going to the movies and getting popcorn with extra butter, baking muffins, hugging my son, going to an art gallery, going to the beach or pool on a hot day.
Singing in the rain, old-fashioned board games, going to the symphony, playing Kazoos in a group, zipping fast on a zip-line, hiking to picturesque spot, writing funny off-beat poems.
Playing hide-n-seek, chasing little children around while they giggle, sledriding, making snow angels, building a snowman, coloring in a coloring book with crayons, singing loudly in the shower, rollerskating, bikeriding, drawing on the sidewalk with chalk.

Thanks, Kim -- I will get those on my list. Love the image of the at-home Yoga! I have 2 DVDs and a mat, but haven't tried them at home yet. But if I am going to laugh hysterically, that's a big incentive! Shakespeare at Stan Hywet -- that's enchanting!
Creating art journal entries. I journal on a background and add little doodles and pictures that pertain to the topic or not. Adding color and texture helps me feel expressed. Another fun thing to do is have a Word of the Day exhange with a friend by e-mail.We send our word for the day with or without an explanation or response. I have been doing this for many months with a friend and it has been wonderful.
Wow, Janet, great ideas! Thank you so much for sharing!
